I thought it would be neat yesterday to revisit my love for all things Sex and the City, so I decided to pop in one of my DVDs of the show and reminisce. All though I am glad that they came out with the big screen adaptation, I enjoyed the television series better. I always thought it would be neat for the show to end with Carrie at the coffee shop drinking and talking with Miranda, Charlotte, and Samantha, when suddenly each of them would fade away while talking. Carrie would then explain how the girls never really existed, they were just elements of her personality (ie: sexual, business minded, feminine). While watching, I noticed that eventhough the series has been off air for seven years now; the fashion within the show will live forever. I was inspired to create looks for the Carrie, Samantha, and Charlotte in all of us, at affordable prices.
Carrie Bradshaw (The Free Spirit)
Carrie shows us how to have fun with fashion, and that it is okay to not take trends so serious. She reminds us the importance of having a good pair of shoes, and that it is okay to indulge in yourself every now and then.

Samantha Jones (The Risk Taker)
Samantha shows us how to be sexy in our dress, even when we are at work. With bold colors and low cut designs, she inspires every woman to be a little edgy.

Charlotte York (The Ultra Feminine)
Charlotte may be the most conservative of the four, but she is far from boring. Her style consist of feminine pieces, with ladylike details. Her style will bring out the Elizabeth Taylor in any woman.

It may have taken her a couple of seasons to get it together, but when she did she gave meaning to the phrase "power suit". Miranda's shows everyone woman how to be trendy in and out of the office. Her style consists of polished suits, and well put together pieces.
